The Napa Valley College Hospitality Institute enhances and expands the training resources available to wine-hospitality related businesses.
The Hospitality Institute provides training including the Customer Service Academy and Thrive and Survive, as well as new customized workshops specific to the hospitality industry.
We provide training resources and counseling to hospitality businesses in the Napa Valley. We provide resources to restaurants, wineries, hotels, B&Bs as well as spas and caterers.
The Wine Country Hospitality Symposium scheduled for March 29, 2011 also serves hospitality professionals with key industry tips and trends. We improve the skills of Napa Valley's labor force and enhance the experience of our tourism visitors.
